I have figured out a SECRET about the Superman Movie !
Ha Ha !
It says in Newspaper *See Superman in 3-D at IMAX
When you watch the Movie it looks like its in 3-D BUT the Cinama does NOT give you 3-D glasses
I think because it would Cost $$$ that Superman Studio decided to ONLY have 3-D at IMAX
Soooo if You have a Cheap Pir of 3-D glasses BRING THEM TO THE MOVIE !
I wish I knew where to get those Cardboard Cheap 3-D Glasses FAST ?
Ideas Needed FAST !

For 3-D they have to use a special projector that projects the left and right images with a different polarization. A regular theater can't do that. I guess they could go with the old anaglyphic 3-D... that's using the old red/blue or red/cyan glasses... but that's sort of lame. Anyway... either way, if they projected it in 3-D without giving you 3-D glasses, the image would look totally screwed up, so I'm pretty sure the non-IMAX version is not in 3-D.

Re: Secret about Superman the Movie ! Secret ! Also Ideas Needed FAST ! BobFromAcctg: The Frecster is right, either they are releasing a 3-D version of the film or it already has been released. There are supposed to be visual clues in the lower right hand corner of the screen that will tell you when it is 3D. The new technology is not supposed to be blurry when viewed without the special lenses.
