Sleep

Sleep ATLfoodie: Finally got some, but it took drugging myself to get it. When will my brain settle down enough to where I don't have to resort to popping pills to get to sleep.
Re: Sleep Bird: that's ok- i'm still taking sleeping pills too--- tylenol pm seems to be best as it's not addictive- but i have to take two...

although i try not too everyday- and the days i don't i just stay up until i literally can't keep my eyes open (usually means infront of the tv)...

it's supposed to get easier though!! here's counting down the days!

Re: Sleep LostTeacher: my sleep has been very weird lately.
some nights, i have a great sleep.  others, like yesterday, are terrible.
i think it goes in waves.
don't be afraid to use what you need for a while.  if it goes on, though, that's when you need to see a doc, and see if there is anything else that you should be doing.

Re: Sleep ATLfoodie: I have a Dr.'s appt. on Thursday. I'll ask then.
Re: Sleep Plucky: I deal with insomnia a few times a year.  I use melatonin, which is completely natural and harmless.  I always sleep well and wake up feeling great.  Here's a link:  http://www.melatonin.com/

When that doesn't work, however, Simply Sleep from Tylenol knocks me on my a$$ every time.  But that DOES make me feel like crap the next morning.

Good luck to all who are having trouble catching the zzzz's
