Re: Sleep cherrynyc: My problem is the exact opposite: I sleep too much! On weekends I'll sleep until 2:00 in the afternoon!  :o My whole day is shot. Then I say up really late until 2:00am and then the whole cycle repeats. It's really annoying and I wish I would stop sleeping my weekends away.  :-\
Re: Sleep trapped: Holy crap.  I slept from yesterday at 11 am until 12 pm today.  What the HELL is that?!  Wow.  Ive never literally slept a day away before.


Re: Sleep feelsonumb: I second the melatonin. It's safe, natural, and it works. You can get it in the vitamin section, and it's really cheap at trader joes.
