How did you kill the Jealousy.....? drowned: I would like to know what you did to shatter jealousy that raged through your heart if or when you were faced with it? I am not really suffering from jealousy but I think some is there and I need to get rid of it to really say i have moved on. That is what is holding me back from my own happiness. I never would've thought this would be an issue but these last 2 days somehow it has surfaced. Please anyone!! :-\

If you're jealous b/c you see your stbx (or x) with someone else, then you still have some unresolved feelings for her. Just understand in your heart that it is over and you need to live your life just as she needs to live hers. You are no longer responsible for each other.
Do whatever it takes for YOU and forget her... she's not worth the jealousy.

I'm not sure if this is jealousy or what...i don't know how to really explain it, so I'll give you guys a situation:
Last night I was watching t.v. and there was a couple in an intimate (not sexual)- and immediately, I thought about my H and the OW- and I couldn't get that image of my head. I fell asleep and when I woke this morning, that image came back to me.
What is that?
