Broken Promises startingover: When will people actually do what they say they are going to do when they say they are?
Re: Broken Promises spooky: *re-reads several times and shakes head* As soon as they can understand what the hell you just asked? ;) When they look around and see the damage they've done, of course by that point they'll be explaining their behavior to a "higher authority".

My ex use to do that all the time and then "wonder" why I did not trust her...

Go figure...
I can tell you this though
If she is not doing it now...
Then all bets are off for her doing what she says she is going to do in the future...
