Teddy Roosevelt said "Speak softly and carry a big stick." Try calmly discussing things first, but if that fails do something they can't ignore or blow off. Just say sometime "Hey would you mind helping me out around here a little? Maybe we could agree on having a few chores that are mine and a few that are yours." If that fails then we'll help you figure out something more drastic that will really get her attention.
