Advice Needed cheatedonagain: I have been doing good with the no contact with my ex until this past weekend. I keep hearing stories about him bashing me and saying that we had an "open marriage"....he is coming up with the craziest lies to try to justify what he did to me and the kids. Well I called his cell and flipped out on his voicemail telling him he ruined the marriage...he ruined the kids...he walked out on them when he continued to cheat....I don't even remember everything I said I was so angry. Now that I calmed down I wish I wouldn't have called BUT I also go to court on Thursday for a short list proceeding regarding custody. I'm scared this will be used against me. Could it be?
Re: Advice Needed td7629: Hi there... don't get down on yourself.. I flipped out on my ex more times than I like to admit.. As far as court, as long as he didn't say that the conversation was being recorded, it doesn't mean anything, at least that is how it work in PA..
