Re: stupid man - advise please Mooneyes: You know I think this is a boundaries issue.. You need to realize how you will allow yourself to be treated and stand up for it... ie. not getting stood up.
He isn't ready to settle down. There isn't anything you can do about it. It is going to hurt. But the longer you spend on this the longer it will hurt.
Who knows maybe he will grow up and realize what he lost.. you can never tell what the future holds.
My cousin had a great girl and wouldn't settle down.. He ran off to key west to play for a year. when he was through with all that somehow he got back with the great girl.. I'm sure he is better for getting it out of his system.
Good luck to you.

But then he said that he was just messing me around and that we shouldn't see each other for a while. It was the most passionate goodbye I've ever had we just sat kissing each other and holding each other, he even had tears in his eyes.
IMO...Only mine...
Tell him to stop talking to his guy friends and start talking to you
Their is this little diddy out there that says give them just a taste...
Then take it away...
It will leave them wanting more
Tell him how you feel then make the choice his to make...
Their is also a diddy that says
People want what they cannot have...
If a girl did that too me
Well she wouldn't have me per se...

Just my opinion...
