Why is she messing with my head? resengen: So I get a call last night from the STBXW. Well that is what it came up on my cell phone. It was actually my daughter. She wanted to say hello, and that she is looking forward to seeing me saturday. OK, no biggie. Then STBXW gets on the phone.
She says "Not for nothing, I wanted to you to tell your friend P, Thank you for being nice to my daughter."
P being my SO. I was like uhh OK. So what the hell was that?
Was it her acknowledging the fact that she now knows that i have a SO?
Was it really saying thank you for P being a really nice person?
Some snotty remark?
I dont know but it has kept me up all night. These are two parts of my life that have remained seperate. I knew this would happen eventually when I started introducing my 5 yo to my SO. I just do not trust my STBXW intentions. She is up to something? But what? What can she do? ahhhhhhhhhh
Re: Why is she messing with my head? ATLfoodie: My ex did that sort of thing when G became very significant in my life. Fortunately, my kids love G. They are as heartbroken as I am about our separation. Your ex is just doing that to get under your skin and make you squirm. Take it for what it is and move on.
