Re: Scared Sh*tless LostTeacher: i have to say that getting her to go is more than i ever got.
i would have done anything to go to therapy with my ex...even if it was just to get to the truth, and to both start healing.
take it for what it is...try not to read too much into it yet....and use it to help YOU.

How did things go at your therapy session????
Re: Scared Sh*tless ATLfoodie: Therapist asked why we were there. I said we had been separated for 3 1/2 weeks and wanted to work our problems out and save the marriage. My wife said she wanted a divorce. After 30 minutes of delving into some our problems turns out my wife has major trust issues. I have a few things I need to work on so we are to each keep seeing our individual therapists. The counsellor basically told her not to rush into divorce because of the trauma it causes everyone and to really work with her therapist and at least one marriage session before she files, if she files.
My heart tells me she will take the advice, my gut says she files within two weeks. We'll see.
