Invitation to the beach....
.

Invitation to the beach.... Chris: i've been invited to the beach for the weekend by someone i met on myspace.  never met in person yet, but emailed a bit.  she indicated that it was her and a bunch of her friends (actually said i could bring a friend or two if wanted).  is there any precautions i should take before going, or should i limit first time meetings to not include overnight stays???
Re: Invitation to the beach.... thejoker: bring a buddy, case of beer, a few selected bottles, and a desire for sunburn.

well......we had agreed to only a friendship as we each agreed that we didn't want a relationship nor dating at the moment.  so i'm hoping it's still understood that it's still the case.  too many people to meet and things to experience.........a serious, committed relationship doesn't work for me now.

am i approaching this wrong..........is it possible to just go and meet new people without the expectations of anything else??  i figured what the he$$, i'll go to p'cola, have fun with new people and just enjoy myself.
Re: Invitation to the beach.... 2be: No, you're not approaching it wrong.  Go and have fun... just be aware of her behaviour. If she starts acting like she is expecting more, then communicate your intentions.
