I Now Know startingover: I now know for certain my ex and one of my best friends have a thing going on for certain. I was told they both admitted their feelings for one another to each other and she is planning on leaving her husband.
I confided my heart and soul to her during one of the worst times in my life, and this is what happens in return. I promised I wouldn't trash her, and I plan on keeping my word.
I feel like I have been kicked in the stomach by a thousand mules.

Thats exactly how I show my loyalty to my friends as well. I sleep with their husbands.
They should both be very proud.

i hate being able to say that i know how you feel....but i do.
it's not fair...and that's the truth of the matter.
i hope you are able to get a bit of sleep knowing that not being with him is the best thing for you...and that they probably deserve each other.
