....I'm going to file, hire my own attorney, and get this over with.
I need to have this done and over with. I don't feel it's something that is keeping me back, but I do feel that there's no reason to wait anymore. I want to have it in the past and not lingering in the present.

Actually it's passed that time, but I didn't realize he was going to wait this long and still not have his share of the money. So I'm taking it into my own hands. :)
