You put your Friends on it. I have Buddies on it. Mostly Women Here on Ojar that like me.

What you basically do is look up a user by clicking on their hyperlinked name. On their profile summary, there's a place called "Add to Buddy List". Click it and whenever that person's on, their name is bolded in the user list at the bottom of the forum's home page.
