But try not to beat yourself up over it. As JA has said, think about why you look, and then think about ways you can avoid it. Take it one step at a time.

I had a problem with going through my wife's cell phone bills after we separated to see who she was talking to. I had that curiosity and as they say it kills the cat. She is not doing this to hurt you or torture you. She is simply living her life. She is not thinking about you because in her eyes its over. Accept this and stop doing this to yourself it is simply not worth it. We are here for you and understand your pain.
