Re: Divorce - A "Sin"? Fjord Girl: I wasn't taught it is a sin. Actually, when I went to talk to the priest about my divorce the most important thing he told me was "Even if you don't get an annulment, if you decide to be with someone else, do it without fear. Only God knows what's in your heart."

So true. That is why I have a difficult time following the politics, hypocracies and high-horse attitudes of certain religious organizations these days. Who are they to judge others and tell one that he is sinning by getting divorced, when they themselves preach that all final judgement will come from God himself? All credibility is completely lost with these people.
