Re: I Hate Depression ezydriver: One thing here, what is your diet like? Do you eat 3 square balanced meals a day along with 6 - 8 glasses of water and at least 30 minutes physical exercise daily? Do you eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg per day? Try that with a combonation of anti - depressants.
Notice how depression is a recent epidemic in the western world? So is crap diets. I'm convinced there is a link.
Re: I Hate Depression anewday: I read the book Potatoes Not Prozac by Kathleen DesMaisons which explores the relationship between food and depresson. It guides you through how to eat better in order to help your depression. It really helped me alot!

I just wouldn't want you to expect him to read it , yet he wouldn't in reality.
what about his friends or family mentioning something.
sometimes its just better to hear it from someone other than your spouse.
a 3rd party seems. to make a difference-- why , I couldn't tell ya.
but if someone, any one , had said it to me, I would of listened, a lot harder than being told to read a book.
