Re: People are so damn selfish alonewith2: Oh girl, you can have that. Take a day just for yourself. I do that at least once a week. One day to just sit and do nothing, think about nothing, etc.
Then tackle your other problems one at a time. Try not to focus on the enormity of all of it, but just one simple thing at a time. Sort of like folding laundry. Instead of looking at the big huge pile that needs to be folded and put away, just reach in and grab something. Fold it nicely and put that away. Then repeat. Eventually, you'll go to grab something from the basket only to realize that it's empty!!
All your problems lumped into a huge pile will look overwhelming. Just try to concentrate on something you can fix. ;)
