We've talked about the overwhelming aspects of life many times, and I'm sorry to hear that things are overwhelming you again. Like SNB said....take one thing from the basket at a time...it's easier that way, and things will soon settle down.

I don't know what's going on and I'm really sorry someone's making you feel shitty. But you cheered me up this week, so here I am sending good wishes your way and hoping that whatever is going on it will go away soon.
SNB is being a wise one. Take it easy, don't try to do everything at once or solve all your problems. Think of what's important, check your priorities and start from there. Give yourself the chance to enjoy what's good, and be lazy sometimes. Nobody expects you to be perfect and those who do... Well, just forget about them!
