Make her accountable for that or get the court to do it for you

I have the majority of custody but one time I found out that xh was having a 12-yr-old boy babysit my 6 yr old and 2 yr old so he and OW could go out. I dont feel comfortable with my 6 year old daughter around a 12-yr old boy!! I was livid! My feeling was you are only with the kids so many hours and you choose THEN to go out?!
I agree that you should get something so you have first option to take your children.

In a lot of states, you have that right automatically unless you're only allowed supervised visitation. It's called the right to first refusal. If your ex can't watch your child on her time she's supposed to offer you the opportunity before finding anyone else.
