Drinking is not the way to work thru this and get sleep.  Bad calories and bad habit.  Stay away.

Do something that will help you in a positive way.  Working out helps, but you need to do it a few hours before you try to go to sleep otherwise your blood pressure will be too high to sleep. 

Try yoga or meditation.

forgot about yoga  and how much relaxing that can be
my problems  staying asleep the whole night

Yeah they suck alot, all i do is think about my husband, is he alone, what is he doing, how am i going to get this credit card debt down, oh no i have to wake up in 2 hours....lol
I cant really give any advice because i have yet to figure out my own problems, just know that there are others going through the same crap, and we will all get through it eventually
