Bing-Bing-Bing-Bing! We have a winnah! Don't let him walk away from the financial consequences 4 ever. Half the debt is his. The courts can't force him to be a good father but they can make him pay the freight. Look into filing yourself in family court. It only costs around 300 bucks. Your children deserve his support. Don't let the deadbeat walk away.
