What Makes a good Job???? twine: I was reading Smiley's post about a good job vs a good relationship. Now i will ask the question what makes a good fulfilling job?? My job pays me a good wage, benefits are top notch i have been there 12 years and am getting 5 weeks holidays a year. But i do not find it fulfilling or anything like that, i don't like or dislike the job, it is just a job that if i didn't have i would have another similiar to it i am sure.I know alot of people out there and i am sure that not one person is itching to get running to work on a monday morning, so how fulfilling can these carreers be. I know friday afternoon i sure am pumped to get out for the weekend

Absolutely.
Great coworkers too. Who work with you as a team and not gossip behind your back. I'm truly blessed to not deal with that.
Women can be vicious as coworkers.
Re: What Makes a good Job???? twine: ok, so if you had a job that you were proud to do, felt respected at, and enjoyed the co workers but the pay and benefits suck, would you rather do that then a mediocre job with good pay and benefits.(I am not arguing with any ones opinions here, just trying to maybe figure out if its time for me to find a new carreer)
