I'd say she's hinting....not so subtley ::)...that its time you showed her how much you "really loved" her ;)
Re: she's jealous sheydp: Could WG be right? Is she hinting at wanting you to pop the question? How long have you two been together? If you aren't ready to get engaged again, is there other ways you might show her your dedication to your relationship?
