So will you Ojar ladies help me out? chaotic: OK, so far the whole online dating thing has been hit and miss for me. Mostly miss. Though, I did meet climber girl online......but that has since failed me.
I email out to a bunch of ladies and get little to nothing back. I think my profile needs some help. I would post better pictures of me, but I am not that good looking so they are hard to find. So I will have to rely on a killer profile, to attract someone.
So I ask, if I put the link to my profile here, will any of you ladies help me out with rewriting it and give me some pointers as to what the ladies are looking for? I can count on you all to be honest with me.
Also, would I be breaking any Ojar rules by putting a link to my profile on here?

Re: So will you Ojar ladies help me out? confused101: I've had the same experience with online dating. Usually I wait for a woman to contact me to better the odds of her following through. If I contact first, I'll get a response maybe 10% if I'm lucky, and the emails die after maybe a couple.
When the woman contacts me, lots of times we make it to meeting each other. The problem is, the contacts are few and far between. After that it is a case of logistics, mainly due to me living over an hour from a big city.
Sometimes I think people on dating sites are hoping to hit the mother lode in looks and personality, etc. So being average doesn't seem to cut it. No one wants to settle, but sheesh.
Re: So will you Ojar ladies help me out? kitkat: Men will always be contacted less than women. Men will also get less responses from women they contact. It's just the way it is in the online dating world.
Chaotic, you always come across on here as a really great, funny and interesting guy. You just have to get that to read in your profile w/out being campy. Like So_lost mentioned...post it up and we can critique it. Give advice...whatnot...
