for fun:
Hiking, cycling, motorcycles, volleyball. I can have fun doing just
about anything from sitting at a coffee shop talking to going out on the
town. I love the outdoors and taking my dogs out for hikes.
favorite hot spots:
I love coffee shops and listening to small local bands (jazz, rock,
alternative). I also like fine dining and adventure out in the mountains
Would love to take a scuba & surf trip to hawaii
favorite things:
I love sushi and other Japanese foods. When I cant be outside, I enjoy
watching movies and listening to music

I too agree I like your main picture and you seem like a great guy.
That said my advice to you is this;
Less pics of the same thing - maybe take out shirt on the couch pic and add on with your dogs, take out one of the climbing pics too.
The section on laughing gets a little redundant, maybe pair it down.
The last portion about thanking them to read that is also too long and while sweet may seem too needy.
You'll are great and I know there is someone nice waiting to meet you.

If IRL you find yourself running into the LJBF deal repeatedly, then there's something you've got to adjust. Not sure we can help you with that from just on line.
Your ad comes across as a bit high maintenance, but that's just my reaction. (Right now I don't want to be forced to have a conversation and find common ground, I just want to get out there and be active and enjoy real company, and if conversation happens, great. )
Yeah, I'd say ask some IRL gal-pals why EXACTLY they don't see you as wham-bam material.
