Re: Would you be there trapped: I was there when my ex came to get his stuff at the condo we shared. I was also moving out to relo back east. He didnt wind up taking it all so then I had to figure out a way to get the rest of it to him and get rid of a lot of it as well. It wound up costing me alot of time and money getting rid of all the stuff he left so I was more concerned about what he WOULDNT take at a certain point, than what he WOULD take.
Its going to be hellish any way you look at it and whatever you decide.
Re: Would you be there guest233: My dad (a witness) and I were there logging everything she took from the house. I even got her to sign it saying she agreed to what was on the list. I did it because I knew she might try to fight for her share of the belongings in the house. I'm glad I did because she tried to say that she did not take anything when she left and that she never got anything from the house but the clothes on her back. The crazy b***h.
