I broke down to her today over some family/friends issues, but didn't even try talk about "us". Like you said, there is nothing left to say. "so what's the point of going back and forth over the same shit, we'll just drive each other nuts."
Re: same old urges surprised: I don't feel strong. You should see me jump out of my skin every time the phone rings in case its him. I changed my cell phone ring so he has his own so I least I don't jump a foot every time that rings. Mostly I'm just stubborn, I figured I called him last, so it's his turn, when he decides to take that turn, we'll see. I think I'm starting to feel resigned to the situation. Not that I've accepted it or anything, but it is what it is and I can't change it right now.

I changed my stbxw's ringtone to the "psycho" theme. :) It works well.
