I Give Up rjack0612: Got a call from the stbx this morning that she is contesting "shared-custody" she wants to be the primary costodial parent. She is pissed because "I don't give her enough money." Well, I guess so, MY PAY is attached from creditors that she and I owe. She does not work "on the books" so they can't get her. I also pay HER Heath ins and my sons. Plus I pay CS. Yes, I am behind but for GOOD REASON. Right now, I am paying a loan (2nd) mortgage that could no be satisfied when we sold the house $600/per month PLUS the creditors who attached my pay PLUS her ins and now SHE wants to be the primary parent?
I GIVE UP. I am miserable, broke, lonely, you name it.....

no matter what you can't... she can't take your blood and any judge won't do that... you need to get a lawyer, don't worry about teh bills... you can call up a credit councelling agency, i'll give you a number!
Meanwhile those kids are your life... she decided to screw you over, now you have to pay... fight. I know you are hurting.
I get nothing extra, just child support... but I was alone with my son that cost me a lot of debt and now he may have to pay up!

Just like everything else in this frigg%n mess, the cards are stacked against me. I have taken the high road in ALL of this and have absolutely NOTHING to show for it. I have been lied to, decieved, cheated on, left, ripped off, etc... I am tired. I CAN'T win. So as Roberto Duran once said, "No mas."
