Re: I Give Up sosad05: She has to prove you are somehow unfit to get custody reversed. If you are following your obligations and responsibilities, the judge is not going to take your child. Esp. considering she is the one who had an adulterous affair and broke the family. What about her morals? Can you look into some free legal aid?
Re: I Give Up gpiilani: I just dont understand this stuff...my first thought when my husband left was "how am I going to pay for all our stuff"? I mean, I would never ever ask for anything more than child support from my husband. And we're not talking about extreme child support, probably $200 bucks a month. I am even considering moving in with mom and dad with my three kids so I can just pay off all our debt on our own and start all over again in a year. Where do women get off asking for so much? Maybe I am just a control freak and dont want to leave my credit in anyone elses hands. I dont know. I am just fed up with all these stupid inconsiderate people we have to deal with for the rest of our lives. Argg!!! :)
