Riley has had their share of concerned phone calls for the year....I know I wasn't the only one calling there, though I think they would have appreciated it if I could have told them anything other than "Hi, my name is Ben, and I'm trying to find someone named Ric...spelled R I C....no, sorry, I don't know his last name, but I think he's a wee bit depressed, and he's scaring the hell out of everyone on the internet....If that helps...."

I happened across your thread and very happy with your decision to cool off. I would suggest that you get some counselling in addition to posting your thoughts on here. This is the time when you need people, and even though we have anonymous names we are real and can reach out.
Don't feel like you're alone. You're never alone no matter if someone isn't responding to your post or you have all day to think. There is always someone either thinking of you or feeling your pain, aka your kids.
Please keep that in mind today and I would suggest that this is a great community to open yourself up to or to just read and connect.
