My boss got promoted, so now he needs help.....I have to wait 6 months before its official, the red tape requires me to do the work first then they approve that its needed....But I will have a two step promotion, not just the one :)
Think he's worried I might leave or something so he's making me offers in hopes I stay.... ;)
