Re:Update on my love life ! brynne: So we went out this weekend & it was ackward at first, but then it seemed just like the good times we had. I really did miss him...his jokes, his charming personality.
This threw me for a loop...he invited me over to meet his parents ! He had asked me a few weeks ago, but I couldn't make it. So I decided to go this time. We had a great time, his mom loved me & he seemed proud to show me off.
I thought that was a little soon to be meeting his parents after just getting back together... but he's close to his parents, so I know he values their opinion.
Also, his mother told me she hasn't met anyone he's dated in several years...that surprised me ! I guess I was worthy of being introduced to his folks !
Crazy weekend...who would have thought I'd be back together w/ this guy ? I think in my gut I knew there is something there to be further explored, I'm glad I had the confidence to send the email & let me feelings be known.
