Re:Need advice tonight: SO PISSED ChristyM: Hey LL-
Why are we always going along behind them cleaning up their messes? Why is it constant damage control? Geesh.

I would approach it as a "warning". Tell him you have no issue with the idea of a garage sale but you seriously hope he wasn't planning on selling anything he shouldn't be. I would then drop hints that you have people that will be dropping by to see what he has available and won't hesistate to tell the court what they saw.

Re:Need advice tonight: SO PISSED ChrisJane: BIG OH HUGS.....Jerk, thats all I can say.

Don't let him sell anything of value you might want let alone allow him to sell your son's things. I would suggest that if your son feels he's ready to part with some of his tools that your son get involved by setting the price and the money for his toys is his. But to just sell his things is so unfatherly.

My ex did this with some of our son's Earnhardt collection. He figured he bought them that our son would get over it. Those things meant so much to our son @ssholes....

The day after I told my ex I wanted a divorce he gave his uncle our Monte Carlo to finish paying the note off so that i wouldn't get it in the divorce. He got repremanded for it even though it was before I filed papers, my name was on the title and I didn't agree to it so he was in trouble.

Good luck....be safe.

Re:Need advice tonight: SO PISSED Spectrum: Uh...... regarding the possibility of "replacing" any toys he sells, my first thought was, "Great, then he can sell those too!"

Make sure you aren't feeding the monster, LL!

Good luck!
