Kids say and do the funniest things

Kids say and do the funniest things td7629: We just finished up dinner a few minutes ago and I have a routine every night of asking my 3 sons how there day was and I tell them how my day was.. This is something that I believe in strongly to help me understand how they are feeling every day.  Well tonight was so funny.. I asked my youngest son, he is 8, how his day was and he said I think my teacher is mad at me.. I said, "Why?" He said, "Well I farted in class and she yelled at me and I told her, A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do?"  I couldn't help but laugh at that.  I asked my oldest son, he is 12, how his day was and he said, "Look, I learned how to spell boobless on the calculator today."  It times like these that I will always remember.

BTW, They are in Catholic school.. Too funny!

Re: Kids say and do the funniest things allilm: On one of the last days of preschool/daycare, I mentioned to one of the school's admin folks that we were moving to a different town.  My daughter is all about sharing new and exciting details of her life, so she piped in, "because sometimes my daddy is mean to me!"  She said it like if she were announcing that we got a new puppy.  While horrified that a personal detail was announced to everyone, I couldn't help but want to laugh a little at the delivery.
