Well, my situation is kinda the same. Moved back home with the folks, she filed and we both want it over with.
On oct 3 she filed for divorce with childen, spouce soppurt, clid support, and a 5 year order of protection. I was served in jail.

Re: ADV coming up spooky: I didn't g over your story (sorry), but I would advise you to ask yourself how well you get along now, current relationships with other (both of you), how long you've been apart, and if that's really what you want to do even if everything else leaves the door open for it.
