Dip in the coaster. And I'm having dreams now... spooky: *deleted*
Re: Dip in the coaster. And I'm having dreams now... tirisfal: I know exactly what you mean. Shaking the dreams after waking is really hard and on top of getting little sleep it sucks.
For me, bedtime is when I start to think about things the most. So I started reading fiction, playing solitare anything I could do in bed that occupied my brain until my eyes were too tired. I found that if I was thinking about nothing before going to sleep I was less likely to dream.
I wish I had better advice. :-\
Re: Dip in the coaster. And I'm having dreams now... fly: I read before I go to sleep or watch a funny TV show. Something to take my mind off a stressful day.
;D
Re: Dip in the coaster. And I'm having dreams now... spooky: Thanks guys. I usually kill off a couple hours on the net and fall asleep in front of the TV. You'd think I was distracted enough... The funny thing about these is, a lot of it is stuff part of me wants to happen. So why is it that it upsets me both in the dream and when I wake up?
