I Don't Get It startingover: I don't exercise near as much as I should (15-20 minutes here and there plus a 1 hour yoga class 3 times a week) and I don't eat as healthy as I should and I have lost 8 pounds in the last week.
I'm not complaining by any means, I just don't understand that when I was trying to loose weight a couple of months ago by eating healthy and working out regularly I couldn't loose an ounce.
What the heck is going on?
Re: I Don't Get It Fendann: Heart rate plays a major role in that....you've had some undue stresses in your life in the past couple of weeks, so it's taking its toll on your body. You're getting worked up, your heart beats faster, burns more calories and body fat...it's part of the Divorce Diet...
I lost 26 lbs in less than 6 weeks, and I wasn't working out more than an hour a night...just your basic push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc.
Re: I Don't Get It Crystal_Blue_024: I've lost 45 pounds in the past 3 1/2 months on the Break-up diet/excercise regimen... 20 more to go! And I'm so set!

School is pretty stressfull, but since I have filed the paperwork for the divorce I feel more relaxed than I have in a long time. Yes he is still being an @ss most of the time, but I am learning not to let it get to me.
Re: I Don't Get It startingover: Wow, that is great Crystal. I'd be happy if I lost another 10-15 pounds, at this rate it will happen in the next couple of weeks.
