Re: Trying To GAIN Weight 2be: Yeah don't start cramming any kind of food down your throat because the body will just make it into fat. Especially if you have a firefighter training exam... you need to eat healthy and lift weights to bulk up. Put on lean muscle, not chub.
Re: Trying To GAIN Weight drowned: But some weight gain/protein powder (twin lab has good stuff) in a blender with 2 scoops of ice cream, 3 eggs, and low fat milk. This will make you FULL but you probably will shove down at least 1000 calories or more. Do it after a work-out....that's the best time! Weights...weights...and more weights!
Re: Trying To GAIN Weight fkunone: And don't worry about being too buff (if that's a concern). The idea here is to build but do more toning. Do lighter weights w/ more reps as opposed to heavy weights and low reps. This should build and tone you and also increase your endurance, which I think would be important as a firefighter.
