Living together before Marriage... yes or no? 2be: How do you all all feel about it? Did you live together before you were married?
I personally think it is a good thing to do but along with that, I think that it needs to be taken seriously and with utmost committment. I wouldn't just casually move in with a woman. So my vote: Yes, but carefully.
Thoughts?
Re: Living together before Marriage... yes or no? nn: Definitely, 100% yes. For years.

I agree that I do think it is a good thing but should be taken just a seriously as the committment of marriage.

Re: Living together before Marriage... yes or no? sheydp: Did it before marriage - was married for 12 years. Doing it now - so obviously still think it is a good idea!

Re: Living together before Marriage... yes or no? katelyn: I can see the arguement of wanting to 'test' how well you room together and get along - but really if you love someone you're either committed or you're not - and if they leave the toothpaste in the sink and their underwear on the floor, it shouldn't change that.
To me it just seems like a wash. Who's going to pay for cow if they get the milk for free.
That's what my mom tells me. Haha.
I'm not going to move in with anyone unless there's a ring on my finger.
