Don't give his ass the fucking time of day, let him take his own pictures if it really means that much to him.
Re: Am I thinking about this the wrong way? Lumpy: I try and look at it this way. Would it mean anything to the kids? Is this the sort of thing that he would share with them. Would they get a kick out of it? If it's solely for his benefit then screw it.
Re: Am I thinking about this the wrong way? alonewith2: Good points, Lumpy. I know the kids get a kick out of seeing their pictures on the computer. My daughter gets very excited when she sees her picture here (the one in my sig line), but I don't know if he'd share it with them or not.
The impression I get is that this is all a way to make him look better. As in "look at me, I have pics of the kids on my myspace page. I so rock and am the coolest dad/step ever! Whoo hoo." or "I'm trying to pic up chicks so if I put the kids pics on my page all the women will fall in love with me."
I really don't think he's doing it because he really cares that much....more of an image thing.
