I know already im going to be paying over $1000 a month in child support and mantince( Van Payment) and im not the one asking for the divorce.
I think that if your the person asking for the divorce then you should be the one that has to pay. why should i have to pay , i wanted it to work, she quit and now shes gets half my pay check. i dont see the justice there. but thats the way it is, im going to have to pay what ever that say and deal with it

That depends on 1. if you ask for it, 2. the length of time you were married, and 3. the judges discretion based on the incomes of both parties involved. If he is ordered to pay alimony, he can't fall behind on that either. The charges are not as severe as missing child support, but still a contempt charge.
SH, the way he is acting, I would go for his balls. Make him squirm and don't back down.
Re: Why does he want me to fall on my face? sweethome: Last night when I got home, he had called the house phone 6 times. I've already changed my phone number, and don't really want to do it again. He has to have access to me for the kids, but he is using it to reak misery and havok on my life, and not to contact his children.
I handed over the cell phone that I've had because he was the one paying the bill, and he wanted it back. It will cost him $200 early termination to turn it off, but he'd rather do that than to let me use it.
I have to admit, he's been getting the best of me, but I have a support system that is phenomonal, and he can't touch that. He informed me that divorce papers were on the way, and I look forward to the day that I can sign this nightmare away. If only my children weren't caught in the middle.

Some suggestions:
When you talk to him act like you are a lawyer-
*inform him that he cannot harass you. Fair and open contact doesn't
mean he can call you and call you and call you.
*inform him that it is his obligation to pay you child-support and
spousal support if the courts so determine.
*Let him know that if he wishes for you to work with him that it
is in his best interests to discontinue his adversarial attitude.
Also, is he saying inapproprite disparaging things about you in front of the children? If so that IS child abuse. I believe that EVERY state has non-disparagment laws.
