Re: What am I going to do?? madmax: Many people on this site have experienced the same exact thing.  The first weeks are worst...then it will gradually get better...with time.  Make a conscious effort to be with friends, family and ojar whether it be in person, phone or email...it will help the most.

DO NOT sit around your place depressed.  Force yourself to get out of the house even if just for a walk.  I ran 7.5 miles the day after my ex left me...I usually don't run that much in a week.  It helped.

You won't want to eat...force youself to eat if you can.  All I ate the entire first 10 days was 2 packs of Ramen Noodles...dropped 15 pounds...not good.  By maintaining a healthy nutritional level, you'll feel better physically and mentally...as much as can be expected.
Re: What am I going to do?? pwesterv: I know.. i have already lost 15 pounds and i eat very little....i wish I had friends to call on.  i dont kow how i will rebuild my life or meet anyone who makes me feel like that again


Re: What am I going to do?? chaotic: For right now, concentrate on staying healthy.  I lost near 20 pounds before I started feeling well enough to eat.

Eat something.  I know that food has likely lost its flavor.  I know that you likely feel sick when you eat. 

Drink plenty of water.  If you can drink fruit juices, even hawaiian punch or something with some sugar in it if you are not eating.

You will be amazed at how much better you will feel if you have some nutritients in you.

Next, Start concentrating on what you need to do to get thru this.  Get some legal advice.  Lean on your friends.  Seek out counseling.  Talk to us.  What ever you need to do.  Even if that is just crying and letting it out.  You will get thru this, I promise you that.
