Re: Argh BeatenNotBroken: Maybe because they thought you would have common sense and feel the heat. Hence turn down time.

Simply because of this stupid tanning salon.

This statement here leads me to believe that maybe the problem isn't the tanning bed.

Re: Argh katelyn: There is no difference in heat. It's called UV rays. They're stronger in certain beds. "Hot Bed" is just an easy way of saying that.

There is no way to tell until about 3 hrs after.

The manager knows which beds are stronger than others and ought to state such information. Damn it.
Re: Argh toolate: I guess I lucked out, thanks to a red head g-ma I got the skin (but not the hair). I'm so damn pail that unless I have a tan line, you really can’t tell the difference (and with a tan line, as a kid, it was mistaken as me being dirty).

Pale and pasty unite, we shall take over the world in our blinding, pigment challenged skin!!!! .... ok, I'm going back in to cuddle my zinc oxide & big floppy sun hat...

Re: Argh brielle123: I know what you mean katelyn.....I had the burn on the a$$ problem one too many times - it is soooo annoying....finally had to give up my tan for fear that if I kept it up then I would most definitely develop some problems back there one day.
