why am I so weak christincali: Ok So I found out Monday morning that a close friend of ours (mine amd my ex) got engaged, I was so excited. I texted my x to make sure he knew the news and he did, so I said have a good day and he wrote U2 miss U. This situation is so bizarre and I just do not get it. We both say we are IN LOVE with eachother, so why is it so hard and why do we have to work so hard apart with the final outcome of him hoping that we get back together. I am confused to say the least. So this morning I text message him I just want to say I love you and miss you and he texts back ME 2! and I wrote we should get together soon and do something fun and he writes sounds good, so I write well I know you are moving, getting a new car and going to a tradeshow so let me know what works for you. He wrote back sat night may work, we will see how things go with moving and getting the new car, I will let you know sat AM. So I say sounds good, and he writes back I beat my old speeding ticket, and I said congrats and left it at that. Now I feel so vulnerable. I do not know how these things are supposed to work, yes I broke up with him but if you have been following my story you understand why, there was not cheating and we even have told one another that we do not want to be with anyone else. He also told me he had a dream I was out with some other guy and I was laughing at him. Has anyone been through this am I wasting my time.
