Why do I never learn? masterlow: I've been through this before. Why does it never get any easier? Why am I always so miserable after they leave me?
It's like I have learned nothing from the past. I still make the same mistakes, particularly the NoContact violations. I still hold on to the hope they will return EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

We develope certain traits, or habits. Breaking these habits is a bitch. Sit back, and examine what you do, as if you were looking at me, and what I am doing. What would you tell me? Tell yourself, remind yourself, but don't beat yourself up. You're human, you can't help that.
