Get cold. Lose the feelings. Reject the value in emotions and build up walls that keep the hurt away.... along with the good.
Or, stay who you are. You like you, right? Take pride in your ability to feel and love. Some people hide from it, miss out on the good stuff. Accept that being you, being open to the feelings, doesn't come easy. That's something to stick your chest out about, not beat yourself down over.
