Daycare Issue Zephix: I the divorce decree... it says that my son is to be inroled at Childrens World. She has removed him. So I am not going to pay a dime.

Re: Daycare Issue fkunone: I'm not sure which state you're living in. Commonly, if there is a significant change of circumstances, then you would have to revisit the decree/order. This sounds like one of them. I'd see to it as soon as possible.

Re: Daycare Issue tme4me: Well if your the parent then it doesn't matter what daycare they are enrolled in you should pay half whether its childrens world or whatever. Sometimes due to saftey of the children or time schedules etc.. the daycare provider needs to be swithed but whatever the reason that doesn't mean you don't have to pay. Unless of course they aren't in daycare anymore at all!!!!
