Re: Slow judgements? drowned: Umm....filed divorced in 2004...it was dismissed ran it's course (reconciled for a short time...HUGE mistake)...then refiled earlier this year and still waiting. So yeah, I am going through the same bs... >:(

Re: Slow judgements? seyfert: I've found that scheduling a court date can take a long time. I feel lucky when I can get one within 6 weeks. Check with your lawyer and see if a date has been scheduled.
I've also found that, sometimes, unless I remind them, they forget to call the judge and schedule. Call your lawyer to check on the status.
