I Actually was decently prepared for it, even though the emotional side was terrible.. when we got divorced, i was on the stand, and i made some stupid answer to a question i was asked, but it was a funny stupid answer, and the judge, and her lawyer and my lawyer laughed, so that was the highlight. i bet she was mad.
then i went out that night, and drank my thoughts away. actually, i partied thursday night (pre-divorce) party, then friday (divorce) party, and saturday (after divorce party party)........
good luck. ya, lawyers change things, and dont even care. he probably will charge you the entire time you were there till he leaves, so he will double his money he gets paid. i had 5 grand in mine... money well spent. haha.....
