Re: What is there to talk about? mylevelbest: Tell X, and I'm quoting you, "All I'm trying to do is find something that wll help my little girl feel better." I'm not a parent. I can't give you advice about taking care of kids. What I can point out to you is one sentence that could carry you through any fight about your daughter. "All I'm trying to do is find something that wll help my little girl feel better." If she fights you, you say it again. You can change it to "our little girl" if you think it will diffuse a fight.

Good luck. Take care.

Re: What is there to talk about? spooky: Thanks. Using that line crossed my mind. It's the truth afterall and theoretically all that needs said.
Re: What is there to talk about? JNA: Well with your ex you would probably have problems geting her to see the Light of Day...

But as far as your Daughter

Give her some time first...

K had a huge problem with it and we never talked to Counselors

From things I have read places sending them to a "Shrink" per se makes them feel they are disordered or they are the problem that caused the marriage to fail...

It seems out there but you have to think as a kid does

I learned this from a site I have posted at for over five years ok...

It would be best if "you" talk to her alone sometime

Or if you do not feel comfortable with that then ask a Relative...

Then I was from a divorce as a kid so I have some personal experience with it also

Stay Strong
